Returns/Exchanges
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for any reason. You have 7 days from delivery to mail out the return/exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service for your return, or we cannot guarantee that we will receive it. Purchases returned soiled or damaged are not refundable. You will be refunded by the method you paid with.
We guarantee the quality of our designs with a 30 day warrantee. If your purchase breaks with regular use, contact us at Clientservices@SLOEdesign.ca
Care Instruction
Contains steel bones. We recommend spot treatment or professional cleaning; this will extend the life of the garment. Do not bleach. Iron or steam on low setting.
